The Users Tab and its Functions

The "Users" tab can give you a quick overview of all users in absence.io. However, please note that you need to be at least HR, Admin or Owner to see the "Users" tab. 

The following guide will show you some basic information about the "Users" tab.

1. When you enter the "Users" menu, the first thing you will see is all active users.

2. You can now select "All users" to to see all users.

3. The "No Invitation Sent" tab displays all users who haven't received any kind of invitation yet. while the "Inactive" tab displays all users who have been deactivated.

If you still can't find the desired user(s), there are a couple of options available:

Option 1: Search the user by the username (press enter to confirm your search).

Option 2: Filter the users by their location (locations are dependent upon personal preferences).

Option 3: Filter the users by their department (departments are dependent upon personal preferences).

Option 4: Filter the users by their team (teams are dependent upon personal preferences).
