Of course, we won't leave you alone when you have to create more than 40 employees - which would take some time to do manually. In this case, we offer you an upload of your employee data using Excel and provide you with quick and uncomplicated support!
For this service, which is completely free of charge, we only need 3 things from you:
- Your company structure in absence.io
You can read and implement this with our step-by-step instructions which you can find and download directly at the end of this article.
- Support access to your absence.io account
Just go to Settings > Account and Integrations > Account settings and activate the corresponding toggle.
- Return of the completed Excel import file
The Excel file can be downloaded directly at the end of this article.
The first tab is the list which has to be completed - mandatory fields are marked in blue (row 4). The yellow row 5 serves as an example of how to fill in.
The other tabs contain a fill-in description as well as an overview of the different roles we use in absence.io with their corresponding rights.
