Automatically adding breaks for users

You can setup breaks that will be added to a users time sheet when the user stops or creates a work entry. offers even more features to make sure your users stay compliant with breaks and time entries.

In this way allows Admins to make sure breaks are taken every day at the desired time. While also saving click for users if they wish to only clock in and out once a day.

1. To start using this feature, enable it in the time tracking settings first. 


2. Then go to the users profile > work schedule. Define breaks in the users schedule by leaving gaps between shifts. These breaks will be added to a users time entry if the entry is saved.


3. And thats how it works. Create a time entry or end your currently running timer to see the break from the schedule be applied to the time sheet. This will only happen, when an entry is saved.
