Setup Microsoft Azure Active Directory with an Custom App for User Provisioning

You will have to create a "Non Gallery Application" in order to allow your active directory identities from Azure Directory to be automatically created as absence.io users

1. Go to your Microsoft Azure Portal
2. Go to Enterprise applications
3. Click on "New Application"
4. Create your own "Non-Gallery-App"
5. Continue to setup your SCIM endpoint
