I get an error message when I log in using a SSO

This probably means that you have not authenticated your absence.io with Google, Slack or O365. 

To do so, you'll need to go to your profile  (click on your name on the top right hand corner --> show profile), then go to the Integrations section and connect your Google/Slack/O365 account.

Once you do so, you'll be able to use the SSO.
