GSuite Error -what now?

You're trying to log in via our Google SSO and now the message "GSuite Error" appears - what happened?



Unfortunately loses the connection to its Google integration from time to time (if Google runs an update for example), this is not a big deal and we can restore the connection quickly and easily: 

  • Please log in via the regular login screen with your email address and password.
  • If you don't remember your original password, just click on the link "Trouble logging in?", enter your email address and we will send you a direct link back to your account. 
  • Once logged in, please go to your Profile and your Integrations.
  • Disconnect the integration to Google once and activate it again - the SSO login should work as before.
