Why am I asked for my company ID when I log in?

You want to log in to your absence.io account and suddenly it doesn't work? We suddenly ask you for your company ID? But you don't know your company ID and don't know what to do?


Don't worry!

That means you probably clicked on "Create Account" instead of "Login" by mistake at some point and created a second account. This makes our system sweat a bit, because it doesn't know where you want to log in.
