How to assign allowances to my employee

Once you have created all the important allowances and the policies in the settings (see this article here), you just need to assign them to your employees.

  • Go to your employee's profile and select Allowances


  • Here the allowances can be inserted and adjusted via individual settings of the employee, e.g. in case of employment during the year:

  • The vacation entitlement is then calculated on the contract start date specified in the Public Information. 
  • Adjustments can also be made to the allowance here, using the "Add Adjustment" button at the top right. Days can either be added or subtracted. In this way, the vacation quota of the employees can be adjusted quickly and easily
