Calendar Subscriptions to share Company Calendar

You want to add your absences or those of your colleagues from absence.io to your calendar? No problem!

We offer both direct synchronization with Google Calendar and Outlook, or you can easily create ICS links that can be integrated into various calendars such as Outlook, Google Calendar, or iCal.

You can create ICS subscriptions to synchronize absences from teams, departments, locations, or all absence.io users.

ICS Links (Calendar Subscription)

As an owner, admin or HR, you can generate calendar subscriptions for departments, teams, locations, or the entire company and integrate them into your calendar tool. The links can also be forwarded to your colleagues.

As a user, you can only copy your personal link from within your profile > integrations.

Synchronization of the calendar links can take up to 24 hours.

 

Direct Synchronization with Google / Microsoft 365

This is a direct integration. As a user, you can automatically sync your own absences with Google Calendar / Outlook. However, this integration only works for your personal absences and not for company-wide ones.
