absence.io offers labels to track time on e.g. projects. With labels users can add custom tags to time entries & absences. Admins can enable labels on time entries or absences & manage which labels are being used in the company. Further, admins have the option to allow users to create own labels or to limit it to users with admin rights.
First an admin role (HR, Owner, Admin) has to enable labels in the settings. Go to settings, choose labels and enable on time tracking or absences as needed.

Users can now add new labels and attach them to time entries in the time sheet.

Users can now add new labels and attach them to absences in the calendar.
Reporting on Labels
Admins can report on all labels attached in the absences and time entries reports. Simply add the column to the reports to export to CSV.
