How can I access the Reports tab?

By default, only account owners have automatic access to the reports, as these contain sensitive data. However, the owner can grant access to other users. Depending on their role, these users will only have access to the reports of certain employee groups:

  • Admin and HR roles → Access to reports for all employees
  • User with additional rights as Approver or Assistant in a department → Access to reports of employees in their department(s)
  • User role → Access only to their own reports

To enable access to the "Reports" tab, open the user’s profile from the employee list.

Once the profile is open, go to the “Public information” section and check the box for "This user is allowed to access report section".

Once this box is activated, access to reports will be granted to this user.
