You have a new email address and want to update it in your profile? No problem!
Anyone with the role HR, Admin, or Owner can do this for employees with the User role.
Step-by-step guide:
1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen (Or the employee's)
2. Select “Show Profile” from the dropdown menu.
3. Under the section “Public Information” → “General”, you’ll see the current email address.
4. Replace it with your new email address - or the employee's - and save the change.
5. Once saved, a verification email will be sent to the new address automatically.
6. Open the email and click the verification link to complete the process.
7. The email address will now be automatically updated in the profile.
That’s it! Your new email address is now linked to your profile.
