Edit Remuneration & Benefits (Admin)

Be aware: Only the rights HR and Admin have access to Remuneration & Benefits.

 

The subsection Remuneration & Benefits includes Salary/Wages, Bonus, Benefits and much more...

  • Click New Entry to create a new Salary/Benefit.

  • First, select the Startdate of the salary.

  • Next, select the Endate of the salary.

  • Now, enter the Gross Salary.

  • What is the Salary type? (Monthly, hourly wage or other?)

  • Next to the Documents item you will be shown all uploaded documents.

  • Click on Create to save the data.

  • Click on the corresponding Clip Icon to upload a document.

  • You can either Drag & Drop the file or upload it to your computer.

  • Press OK to confirm.

  • The uploaded file is now displayed under Documents and can be selected with the Red X.

  • You can also edit or delete the Entry
