First Steps

Please note that only users with HR and Admin roles have access to the Record feature.

The Digital employee File from has some interesting features, like Emergency Contacts, Contract Information, Salaries and so much more! 


Follow this guide in order get to the Record:

1. Click on your personal Profile (2) on the Dashboard to edit your Record or click on the tab Users (1) to edit the Record of a specific colleague.



2. Select in the following menu Show Profile or the desired User from the list.



3. Select Record in the following Menu.
