Under "My calendar", every user finds an overview of his absences, allowance policies and absence requests. You can easily distinguish working days (white) and non-working days (grey), according to the working schedules each user has been assigned to. Both, the current month and the current day are visually highlighted with a turquoise frame.
Overview
Clic on "My calendar" to access the calendar overview.
Allowances
In the left column on top you find your allowances and allowance policies, as i.e. your vacation days per year as well as residual vacation days and mandatory leaves.
Absences
In the left column on bottom you can see all your absence requests which are still pending or have been declined as well as upcoming absences (= approved absences).
Calendar
The absences are shown as bars in different colours in the calendar. Each absence type has its own colour which was previously defined in the settings. Shaded bars mean that the absence hasn't been authorized yet by the approver.
How to create a new absence
There are two possibilities to create a new absence: either you clic on "New Absence" on the right top side or you move the cursor directly in the calendar over the respective days.
Of course, our software recognizes non-working days as well as bank holidays. In the window which opens on the right side, you can choose the requested absence type, the approver and - in case your company has defined it - a substitute.
