Cancellation / Delete Organization

You have decided to cancel your subscription with absence.io and to delete your company / organization. This is very, very sad for us!

As you may imagine, we are asking ourselves what reasons led you to this decision. Quite often it's small things which can be easily solved. Therefore, we would very much appreciate having a conversation with you, either y e-mail to [e-mail] or by phone [phone] or [phone] for the US.

The account can only be deleted by a person with owner role.

 

Warning: We shall delete all data within 30 days. After this time period, it is no longer possible to recover your company data.

To delete your company account, proceed as follows:

• Click on Settings > Account Settings and then on the button "Delete Organisation".

• Now an additional window opens in which we ask for the reasons why you don't want to continue using absence.io. This information is very important for us and helps us to improve our software and our service - so thank you very much for taking this time! In the lower right corner, you then confirm the deletion clicking on "Yes".

• Another window opens in which you put your login data in order to confirm the deletion. Click on ""Delete" and your account will be deleted.
